About the Role

A fast‑growing technology company in the healthcare infrastructure space is seeking a Data Analyst to help drive efficiency, product scalability, and operational decision‑making. In this role, you’ll deliver critical analysis, build scalable data models, and create internal tools that empower engineering, product, and leadership teams. Your work will directly influence how the organization delivers transformative software to healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high‑impact analytics & insights: Build dashboards, analyses, and visualizations that support a wide range of stakeholders and inform strategic decisions.

Enable self‑serve data solutions: Develop internal tools and workflows that increase team efficiency and reduce operational friction.

Build scalable data products: Create robust, reliable data models that sit in the critical path of customer value.

Own BI platform implementation: Maintain reporting and visualization systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across the organization.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or another data‑intensive discipline.

4–8 years of experience working with data at scale, including analysis, ETL, and process automation.

3+ years of hands‑on experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).

Strong command of SQL in complex, large‑scale environments.

Deep understanding of how different users consume data and how to build tools that meet their needs.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with significant business impact.

Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience or exposure to technologies such as GCP/BigQuery, Metabase, Terraform, Python, and dbt.

Role Requirements & Signals

Dealbreakers:

Experience in data analytics or data science within a high‑growth startup environment.

Advanced SQL skills in large‑scale, complex data ecosystems.

Baseline Requirements:

4–8 years in data analysis, ETL, and data warehousing.

3+ years with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Experience with dbt, Python, Terraform, and the GCP/BigQuery ecosystem.

Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
