Job Summary:
The Requirements Analyst will support the identification, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of business and functional requirements for DLA's OneStream platform. The role works closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, and project leadership to translate business needs into actionable user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and business requirements documents.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain requirements traceability matrices and product backlogs.
  • Support Agile sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
  • Assist in test planning, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Support compliance, reporting, and financial business process initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, training materials, and project artifacts.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Business analysis and requirements management expertise.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
  • Experience developing user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of financial management systems or ERP platforms.
  • Experience with requirements traceability and testing support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
