You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
  • Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
  • Experience with requirements development in the preparation of documentation initiating, developing, pricing, availability analysis, and case writing
  • Experience using task management software such as Jira
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting the Army or other DoD organization
  • Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present to senior leaders and technical teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
