Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. This role will support stakeholders’ use of IBM Maximo system, with responsibilities ranging from administrator to analysis documentation with technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Asset Management documentation updates, review and approval process, timelines, and troubleshoot issues with all stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements and optimization and Business Analysis.
• Provide User support and communications.
• Provide security roles and permissioning for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Functional knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety principles, Maximo or related software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and system users.
• Ability to understand and use standard report and project management tools.
• Ability to perform objective analyses and business processes mapping to maximize quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo or similar system and related disciplines.
• Required skills include strong collaboration and organizational skills, written and verbal communication, and computer literacy.
• Candidates should be adaptable with a service-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Asset Management principles is preferred but not required.
