Anakim Consulting Inc. is hiring a senior-level Systems Engineer to support IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) environments. Qualified candidates will have expertise and hands-on experience supporting TRIRIGA and MREF, preferably in a NASA environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work as part of a collaborative team providing sustainment, system configuration, data validation, workflow support, and end-user assistance for TRIRIGA and MREF environments for a migration effort within Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
  • Ensure operational continuity, system performance stability, and consistent user support during dual-environment operations and after full MREF deployment.
  • Provide full sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support through migration completion, production cutover, and acceptance of MREF in the customer’s MAS environment.
  • Support parallel operations between environments during migration and transition phases.
  • Maintain stable system performance and service levels without disruption during the migration lifecycle.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate infrastructure or integration issues that arise during dual-environment operations.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of standard and custom reports following migration activities.
  • Provide daily application administration for MREF operational requirements, including Construction of Facilities (CoF), Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) data, and other customer mission needs.
  • Perform system configuration, workflow updates, role-based access management, and implementation of approved enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing system sustainment, issue resolution, configuration management, and Operations and Maintenance support across TRIRIGA and MAS environments.
  • Support migration-related configuration activities, under architectural direction, including data validation and system alignment.
  • Support tracking for software license utilization.
  • Assist with documenting updates, renewals, and procurement requirements.
  • Test system changes and support patching, upgrades, and new feature deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Maintain and update reporting capabilities to meet evolving operational, analytical, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and update training materials and conduct user training sessions for system updates.
  • Document system configurations, operating procedures, workflows, work instructions, and technical processes for continuity and audit readiness.
  • Provide technical assistance to end users regarding application functionality, workflows, and data interactions.
  • Support troubleshooting for application and server interactions, database functions, and integration layer operations.
  • Validate successful execution of server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities impacting application performance.
  • Support on-site work schedule, if requested.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
