Job Summary:
ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company, and they are seeking a Senior Maximo Developer for their West Palm Beach, FL location. The role involves providing L2 support for IBM Maximo environments and collaborating with teams to deliver enhancements and improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Work on L2 for Maximo support project.
• Provide L2 support for IBM Maximo EAM / MAS 8 & 9 environments, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and service requests.
• Perform issue triage, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect fixes for functional and technical incidents.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, impact assessments, and recommend scalable Maximo solutions.
• Design, review, and oversee Maximo configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements. Perform peer reviews of technical designs, code changes, and defect resolutions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Oracle databases, and other enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business users, development teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
