Are you looking to start a career with a growing company while working outdoors and meeting new people?

Due to strong growth in 2026, Weed Man Lawn Care is expanding our team and hiring Outdoor Marketing Representatives to help introduce our lawn care programs to homeowners in local neighborhoods.

This role focuses on generating qualified leads and connecting homeowners with our sales team. You will not be responsible for closing sales, your role is to start the conversation and help homeowners learn about our services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Walk targeted neighborhoods introducing Weed Man lawn care services
  • Speak with homeowners and generate qualified leads for our sales team
  • Provide basic information about fertilization, weed control, and lawn health
  • Record lead information and schedule follow-ups for our sales specialists
  • Work with a team to achieve lead generation goals
