As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Level 1), on-site in Melbourne, Florida, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Outbound Sales Development Representative is a sales professional who manages the early stages of the sales cycle, from identifying potential customers to booking appointments. The Outbound Sales Development Representative will be reaching out to targeted business leads via phone and email. Each will be responsible for the prospecting, qualifying, and booking sales appointments for the Sales Team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Achieve assigned quotas set by department leadership

  • Educate potential customers about client products and services

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products and brand

  • Book qualified meetings for the Client sales team

  • Daily research of business prospects

  • Self-Prospecting for new opportunities

  • Meet or exceed minimum daily OB contact target

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development

  • Achieving targets and closing sales

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling

  • Business to Business experience is a plus
