Job Description

The Systems Analyst Lead (Payroll & Timekeeping) is a technology-focused role responsible for driving system transformation, integration, and optimization across payroll and timekeeping platforms. This position serves as a key liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring systems are effectively designed, configured, and integrated to support operational and compliance requirements.
Witha strong foundationin IT systems, data integration, and configuration, this role leads efforts to enhance and connect platforms such as ADP Payroll, Kronos Timekeeping, and UKG Pro Timekeeping with platforms of vendor partners. The role is accountable for managing system interfaces,validatingdata integrity, and ensuring seamless data flow across payroll, HRIS, and third-party vendor environments. The ideal candidate combines technicalexpertisewith payroll knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead payroll and timekeeping system transformation initiatives across ADP, Kronos, and UKG Pro platforms.

  • Drive system integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow between payroll, timekeeping, and HR systems.

  • Oversee vendor file integrations, including data mapping, validation, and ongoing interface management.

  • Perform and manage data validation processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

  • Support system configuration, enhancements, and testing aligned with business and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain a key role in the development and consultation on testing protocol.

  • Evaluate current processes toidentifyinefficiencies and implement streamlined, technology-enabled solutions.

  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to enhance system functionality and data governance.

  • Lead or support change management activities, including training and adoption strategies.

  • Develop andmaintaincontrols to support compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, HR, Information Systems, or related field

  • 3-5+ years of experience system transformation, or IT-related roles

  • Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll, Kronos Timekeeping, and UKG Pro Timekeeping

  • Strong experience in system integration, data validation, system configuration, and vendor file management

  • Working knowledge of data interfaces, file structures, and system connectivity within payroll/HR environments

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional, technology-driven initiatives.

Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
