With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, Micron, and AUO.

Building on a strong track record in Asia, the two founding companies have expanded into the United States to offer high-performance, leakproof piping solutions. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage and process employee payroll, handle payroll tax calculations and filings, and maintain accurate payroll records. This role also involves coordinating with external accounting firms in Taiwan to ensure compliance and smooth cross-border tax and payroll reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external accounting firms for company accounting records, financial reports, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate company accounting data, supporting schedules, and documentation to support financial statements, audits, and regulatory reporting
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams to reconcile company accounts, labor-related costs, and project-related financial records
  • Review and reconcile accounting entries, account balances, and periodic financial reports prepared by external parties
  • Support compliance reporting requirements, including DBA compliance, certified payroll reporting (records only), and client-mandated compliance platforms
  • Manage and maintain compliance systems such as LCPtracker, OCIP systems, and other required third-party platforms
  • Assist with audit, review, and information requests from accounting firms, auditors, or regulatory agencies
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, financial reports, and audit documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Provide bilingual (English & Mandarin) support for accounting, compliance, and external communications


Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting coordination, financial reporting support, or compliance-related roles
  • Experience working directly with external accounting firms or auditors
  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices, financial reporting processes, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with DBA compliance, LCPtracker, OCIP systems, or similar compliance platforms is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel required); experience reviewing financial statements or account reconciliations is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization
