When you join RadNet as an Payroll Systems Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Develops, writes, and maintains SOPs, process flows, and desk-level procedures for all payroll system functions and processes.
  • Documents system functions, capabilities, configuration decisions, and business rules to support audit, compliance, and knowledge-transfer needs.
  • Maintains version control and periodically reviews and updates documentation to reflect system changes, regulatory updates, and process improvements.
  • Creates and maintains training materials and job aids to support payroll staff use of automated systems.
  • Acts as liaison between payroll and systems teams to ensure clear documentation of system functions and capabilities.
  • Facilitates training of payroll staff in the use of automated payroll systems, including new features, workflows, and system changes.
  • Provides ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting for payroll system issues.
  • Serves as project manager for payroll system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations, developing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinates cross-functional project teams, including payroll, HR, HRIS, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of payroll initiatives.
  • Tracks project milestones, manages risks and issues, and communicates status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manages change control processes for payroll system modifications, ensuring appropriate approvals, testing, and documentation prior to production deployment.
  • Leads or supports post-implementation reviews to confirm system performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Partners with Payroll, HR, HRIS, and IT to redesign processes and ensure workflow automation aligns with system capabilities and business requirements.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains automated workflows to streamline payroll processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
  • Creates advanced Excel models, templates, and Smartsheet dashboards to support scheduling, reconciliation, reporting, and process tracking.
  • Identifies inefficiencies in payroll operations and implements automation solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Create, analyze, and distribute payroll reports biweekly, monthly, semi-monthly, and annually for upper management
  • Provide support to Human Resources and Payroll team members, operations and department leaders with payroll processes.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of related experience as a systems analyst; specific training in payroll and accounting systems preferred.
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll system configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Capability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • Ability to multi task, focus on details, prioritize work appropriately with a sense of urgency, and work in a rapid changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll system configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear technical and procedural documentation.
  • Working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and support end users at varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in several software applications: ADP Vantage HCM, ADP WFN, ADP Vista, ADP iHCM, and Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet. Alteryx a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Concrete knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
  • The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
