Job Description

The Payroll Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring payroll efficiency and accuracy across the organization. This corporate position focuses on streamlining payroll processes, leveraging advanced payroll systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to expand into global payroll operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy

  • Administer and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and complaince

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automation

  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features

  • Act as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Provide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality

  • Contribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

  • 3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience

  • Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus)

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.

  • U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in corporate payroll environments with high-volume processing

  • Exposure to global payroll practices or multi-country payroll systems

  • Knowledge of HRIS integration with payroll systems

  • Familiarity with reporting tools and database management

This role is designed as a stepping stone into global payroll operations, offering opportunities to participate in international projects, learn global compliance frameworks, and eventually transition into a global payroll leadership role.

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
