About the role: This will be a full-time, long-term contract role onsite in Bridgman, MI. You would report directly to our client manager and partner with the Food Service Manager. This role offers a great daytime schedule with an early end time, and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with all daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing and overall kitchen sanitation.
  • Cross-trained to cover all kitchen positions, including prep cook, line cook, food service.
  • Transport food and supplies from material center and deliver onsite catering orders.
  • Develop friendly partnership with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Must be at least age 18
  • We desire previous experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Must be efficient.
  • Be able to work early morning shifts
  • Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
