Jr. Project Manager

Arkadia Space is an European company specializing in space propulsion, headquartered in Castellón, Spain. We develop innovative green propulsion systems for the in-space market. Our systems are already flying, and we are scaling rapidly.

We design, build and test real hardware contributing to some of Europe's most inspiring space programmes.

About the Position

We are looking for an engineering graduate or junior professional who is eager to continue their career in Project Management. This role is designed to help with project coordination, tracking, and execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.

You will work closely with technical teams, contributing to planning, task organization, and progress tracking. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow quickly into a Project Manager role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What You'll Need

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace).
  • Strong interest in project management and team coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Structured mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to follow up on tasks and track project progress consistently.
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship or academic experience in coordination, engineering, or project-based work.
