Day in the life of a Shift Leader:

  • Shift Leaders are not just a face in the crowd, you are part of our family. Shift Leaders must be able to perform all Crew position duties, and train and supervise Crew Members. Plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities, monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs, and open and close as needed. The Shift Leader will enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations.
  • Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years of age. Be in possession of or able to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting. Able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time, work with various cleaning products and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
