Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program/project management or facilities operations, with experience in data center infrastructure and EHS requirements.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and service agreements.
  • Experience in corporate accounting, managing purchase order lifecycles, and accounts payable/accounts receivable processes.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing multi-year/multi-million dollar service agreements, strategic vendor relationships, and end-to-end procurement lifecycles (RFP/RFQ, SOWs, and FSAs).
  • Experience with facilities management and data center critical infrastructure, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and legal compliance processes.
  • Experience planning and managing multi-million dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets, including financial forecasting, accrual reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and visualize complex data sources to identify operational gaps and drive process standardization or cost-reduction recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration and executive communication skills, with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma).

As a Data Center Operations Business Program Manager (BPM), you will be responsible for supporting GDC facilities operations and driving business excellence at a site level. Your core responsibilities include robust financial support, strategic negotiations with partners, non-critical infrastructure project management, and co-driving regional strategic initiatives with different stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee data center business operations, including budget planning, RFPs, procurement lifecycles, supplier contract lifecycle management, and facilities services. You will also manage critical and non-critical building maintenance and repairs and with resolving complex vendor-related matters. By leading with functional excellence, you will ensure the best value of services and eliminate inefficiencies to lead data centers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site-level Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures budgets, including financial planning, reporting, and resource stewardship for multi-million dollar portfolios within Data Center Operations.
  • Act as the primary finance business partner for infrastructure projects and site launches, ensuring financial compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including preparing strategic Statement of Work (SOWs)/Framework Services Agreement (FSAs), managing purchase orders, and troubleshooting vendor invoices.
  • Drive agreement governance and vendor performance, utilizing bench marking tools to analyze unit costs and identify redundancy reduction opportunities.
  • Lead vendor relationship management, including conflict resolution and Extended Workforce onboarding, while executing cross-functional assignments in evolving environments.
