Position Title: Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to engage with clients and follow up on leads, contributing to the company's growth and success. Collaboration and adaptability are essential in this position, as the team values diverse personalities and a shared commitment to achieving results. This position is based onsite, fostering a collaborative work environment that enhances communication and teamwork.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Junior Estimator Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
  • Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates
  • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business
