Y2K Electrical Systems Inc. is looking for an Estimator Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated. No estimating experience is required—we'll provide the training.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing electrical estimates and proposals.
  • Review plans and perform material takeoffs.
  • Request supplier pricing and organize bid documents.
  • Support estimators and project managers.
  • Learn estimating software and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer, math, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Construction Residential / Commercial Electrical Knowledge is Required
