Junior Structural Engineer - Buildings - Full-time

Location: Brookfield, WI

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is required, Master of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 

  • Three (3) plus years of structural design experience including various building systems and materials

  • Engineer In Training certification is required with a desire to obtain a Professional Engineer license

  • Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including RISA 3D and RAM Structural System. Revit experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently

Job Description

  • Perform structural design of various building projects. This includes the development of design documents calculations specifications and construction administration

  • Design structural systems of cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete structural steel masonry and wood framing for a variety of healthcare commercial industrial multi-family residential mixed-use and institutional buildings.
