We are looking for “seasoned” kitchen professionals to join our staff.  Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as the ability to lead others is a must.  Our Pasta Chefs will follow the direction of our Chefs to prepare dishes that will delight our guests!

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow and fulfill the duties given by the ​Executive Chef, Sous Chefs​, or senior ​line cooks

  • Work with a variety of handmade pastas from various regions of Italy

  • Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare

  • Enjoy providing great hospitality


Qualifications:

  • Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence

  • Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position

  • Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

  • Good sense of taste and smell

  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
