The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a new Italian dining concept within a high-volume casino in Hollywood, bringing authentic culinary expertise and creative vision to a dynamic, guest-focused food and beverage program. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance in a fast-paced, casino dining environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader with a strong background in Italian cuisine within a high-volume casino, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment
  • Deep knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, techniques, and ingredients with the ability to develop innovative, authentic, and guest-driven menus that elevate the dining experience
