Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our award-winning team. You’ll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, supporting our culinary team, and ensuring that every dish meets Arancino’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes
  • Assist chefs in assembling menu items and daily specials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area
  • Properly store and label food items to ensure freshness
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Support kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
