The Executive Sous Chef will partner with the Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a luxury Italian restaurant within a Forbes Five-Star hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service execution, team development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, Forbes-rated property, Michelin-recognized restaurant, or upscale fine dining environment
  • Strong Italian cuisine background
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost management
  • Service-driven and highly hands-on
