As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for culinary arts will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a premier dining establishment.
Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.

  • Oversee menu planning and development, taking into account customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends.

  • Create and refine recipes, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.

  • Supervise food preparation, including proper cooking techniques, portion control, and plating aesthetics.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain high standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food costing, optimizing resources while minimizing waste and maintaining profitability.
