We are seeking a talented and passionate Italian Restaurant Chef to lead the kitchen of an upscale Italian Restaurant in Miami. This role suits a hands-on chef with strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and the ability to deliver a modern, high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
  • Develop authentic, seasonal Italian menus
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure efficient service in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Italian Chef in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel
  • Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine
  • Experience in fine dining environments
  • Solid leadership and organizational skills
