This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for business-related applications on mobile devices and laptops. Key responsibilities include hardware repair, advanced OS/software troubleshooting, Office 365 support, equipment setup, and delivering superior customer service in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business applications on iPad, iPhone, and laptops/mobile devices.
  • Perform hardware repair for HP & Lenovo laptops.
  • Troubleshoot Office 365 applications and licensing models.
  • Image laptops to standard configurations.
  • Set up equipment according to Boston Scientific policy.
  • Provide advanced OS/software troubleshooting for issues not resolvable over the phone.
  • Troubleshoot VPN issues related to ZScaler on desktops and laptops.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all employees.
  • Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
  • Repair computers and endpoint technologies in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Assist other IT teams as needed.
  • Set up and install new equipment throughout offices, and move existing equipment when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot, install, and uninstall software as required.
  • Install/set up workstations for new employees.
