Job description

Twin Stone Designs and Installation has been in business over 26 years, working on architectural natural stone projects with national contracts and international imports. We are a family business looking to grow our team with the right person.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our architectural stone projects from start to finish. You will work closely with vendors, manage inventory of materials and equipment, and lead the project through to completion while staying on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Define the project scope
Create construction estimates based on material takeoffs (MTO)
Create and manage the construction project budget
Build out a construction project management plan
Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to secure profitable contracts
Develop construction schedules with deliverables and milestones
Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
Manage resources including materials, workers and equipment
Allocate and manage resource logistics
Evaluate performance of general contractor, site manager and other team members

Required

5 years of project management experience in construction or a related specialty trade
Experience managing a construction site
Experience leading a construction crew
Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

Experience in architectural stone, masonry or similar specialty trades
Familiarity with project management software
Prior experience with risk management on construction projects
