Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, refurbishment activities, and staff coordination. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment, especially during high-volume seasonal periods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, storage, and product movement
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and updates in systems
  • Oversee refurbishment of holiday decor, ensuring quality, labeling, and tracking accuracy
  • Print and manage work orders, pull tickets, installation copies, and warehouse documents
  • Maintain and update warehouse and installation data sheets
  • Support scheduling and coordination of service calls and warehouse projects
  • Assist Warehouse Manager in directing staff and assigning daily tasks
  • Train and support warehouse employees on procedures and safety standards
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Communicate with operations and sales to ensure accurate inventory and job information

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Box truck experience
