Our commitment to our clients is matched only by our dedication to our team members. We are seeking an IT Intern to work closely with our IT team and support ongoing technology initiatives.


Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious IT Intern to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment, working alongside our IT staff to deliver reliable technology solutions to internal stakeholders. You will be exposed to a broad range of IT functions โ€” from end-user support and asset management to enterprise platform administration involving tools such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Okta. This internship offers a strong foundation for someone interested in IT seeking practical experience in a regulated, client-focused industry.


Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for common IT tickets such as software installations, password resets, and hardware issues.

- Assist with logging inventory to an asset management IT platform.

- Configure workstations for new hires and support the onboarding process.

- Creating documentation for internal and external processes as guided by our ITSM program.

- Support our end-user base during firm wide projects and deployments, primarily related to Intune, Entra, and Okta configurations.
