Our team of seasoned professionals work to achieve our clients' long-term objectives by addressing all aspects of our clients' financial affairs including investment management, estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfers, business sale, and succession planning.


About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Wealth Analyst to join our Scottsdale, AZ office as part of a structured development path toward a full Wealth Advisor role. This position pairs hands-on mentorship from a senior Wealth Advisor with real exposure to financial planning, portfolio strategy, and client relationship management.

Over time, you'll grow from assisting with client materials and analysis into taking a more direct role in client meetings, financial plan development, and relationship management, always under the guidance and supervision of your mentoring advisor and in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements.


Hours:

This role is on site in our Scottsdale, AZ office. Our standard office hours are below. There is a possibility of other required hours based on flexing business needs.


Monday - Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-2pm


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, run, and review financial statements and models, including: balance sheets, holdings/allocation reports, performance reports, portfolio proposals, presentations, and other custom materials for client review and meetings.
  • Support advisors through client analysis, meeting preparation, client communications, and follow-up action items.
  • Work with our Wealth Planning and Investment Teams to coordinate and complete financial analysis and wealth planning work, including: cash flow modeling, retirement projections, and scenario analysis.
  • Coordinate wealth planning, tax planning, and alternative investment documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and oversee client information across firm relationship management systems.
  • Work closely with custodian partners and internal departments.
  • Provide white-glove customer service to clients.
  • Understand and strictly adhere to all compliance/risk procedures and follow corporate and industry protocols necessary for clients.
  • Serve as backup to complete administrative functions related to client accounts, such astasks and paperwork for processes including money movements, client onboarding, private fund entry, and account management.
  • Upholding our fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of each client as you complete your work.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a client support, wealth analyst, or advisory role at an RIA firm or similar financial services setting, or strong relevant internship experience
  • Series 65 license (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain upon employment
  • Experience with planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro, etc.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity (Wealthscape) advisor portals.
  • Excellent client service and professional communication skills.
