You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences through education, guidance, and tailored solutions - empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve their long-term goals.

Core Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for self-directed ultra-high-net-worth clients within your book of business, delivering a personalized, consistent, and high-touch experience.

2. Build trust and deepen client loyalty by anticipating needs and aligning solutions through education and guidance - helping clients achieve their long-term goals.

3. Engage in meaningful conversations on sophisticated topics such as partnering with advice, increasing share of wallet, private equity, trusts, margin, and charitable giving, expanding your expertise and client impact.

4. Support strategic planning for your book of business and contribute to growth initiatives and client retention efforts.

5. Foster strong relationships by connecting with clients through genuine curiosity, empathy, and a deep understanding of their financial aspirations.

6. Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

We're looking for relationship-driven financial services professionals who are excited to grow, connect, and make a meaningful impact. If you bring the following, we'd love to review your application:

  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
