Job description


We seek a polished, motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, generating offer letters, monitoring backgrounds, processing invoices, and other recruitment-related tasks. Success in this position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, and strong time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise networking and social events during the Summer Intern Program, including lunch and learns and trivia nights.
  • Coordinate catering and act as a liaison with vendors for campus events.
  • Manage logistics for both virtual and on-campus events.
  • Post job openings on online platforms like Handshake.
  • Maintain the recruiting database and applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for university recruiting events.
  • Coordinate candidate and team communications, including travel arrangements and interview scheduling.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives, employee resource groups, and campus ambassador programs.
  • Handle invoice processing for campus expenses and travel, maintaining budget tracking.
  • Process offer letters, monitor background checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Work Environment
This role requires significant on-site presence, up to five days a week during the summer (May-August), and flexibility to work beyond standard hours for events and urgent projects.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably with campus team support or HR internships.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Personable, approachable, and effective at relationship building.
  • Professional demeanor representing the company and HR both internally and externally.
  • Receptive to feedback, calm under pressure, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in event coordination with the ability to execute detailed project plans.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Skills in data cataloging, manipulation, and analysis.
