About the Role
Seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead communications supporting the rollout of the company's PRIME Culture Framework. This is a high-visibility, project-based role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and has strong change management communications experience.
Top Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans supporting the PRIME Culture Framework rollout.
  • Create engaging content across SharePoint, email, leadership messaging, video scripts, digital signage, and town halls.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders while tracking engagement and advising leadership throughout the transformation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of internal/corporate communications with change management communications experience.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and advising senior leadership on internal communications.
  • Strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with culture transformation or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Background in life sciences, engineering, technology, or other technical industries (FMCG backgrounds not preferred).
  • Experience with rewards & recognition platforms and internal ambassador/champions programs.
Must-Haves
  • 5+ years of internal communications and change management communications experience.
  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).
