Our clientis seeking an Internal Communication Manager to join their team. As an Internal Communication Manager, you will be part of the Communications Department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: New York, NY;Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Pay Range:$56.00
What's the Job?
- Lead internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational transparency.
- Draft and distribute newsletters, intranet posts, and other internal content with a focus on storytelling and clarity.
- Support the development of communication strategies, including creating a comprehensive communications playbook.
- Coordinate and support planning and execution of townhall meetings, quarterly gatherings, and other corporate events.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentation design, ensuring impactful storytelling and professional visuals.
What's Needed?
- Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in drafting newsletters, posts, and presentations.
- Experience supporting projects and event coordination, with a good understanding of planning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities flexibly and independently, demonstrating autonomy and ownership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) at an intermediate level.
- Experience with data-driven and finance-related communication, with a background in corporate or communications fields.
