ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will lead how Flight Centre Travel Group connects, engages, and inspires its people through powerful internal storytelling. As our Internal Brand Communications Manager, you will shape and deliver a nextgeneration communications strategy across global teams. This is a highimpact role where your creativity and strategic thinking will influence employee engagement, alignment, and brand culture. You will partner with senior leaders and marketing teams to bring our vision, updates, and stories to life across multiple channels.
 
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Deliver presentations at internal events and management meetings
Develop and execute a global internal communications and engagement strategy
Activate communication strategies to share business vision, initiatives, and updates
Plan, write, and edit compelling content for intranet, newsletters, emails, and video
Lead the creation and delivery of multichannel content, improving existing channels and introducing new approaches
Establish and promote twoway communication channels to drive employee engagement and feedback
Create engaging internal campaigns and assets that build commitment and enthusiasm
Provide communications support and creative input for senior executives and internal brand teams
Translate ideas into creative briefs and storyboard concepts for designers and suppliers
Draft executive messaging, scripts, and presentations for employee communications
Ensure all messaging is aligned with global communications strategies and consistent across channels
Coordinate internal communications to align with external messaging where relevant
Support internal communication responses during crisis scenarios to protect brand reputation
Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness through metrics and reporting
Mentor and collaborate with internal communications team members to ensure cohesive delivery
Collaborate with key stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams to align communications initiatives
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
 
 
 
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3+ years' experience in communications with exposure to senior stakeholders
Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Media Studies, or a related discipline
Additional qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Change Management (desirable)
Strong experience in content creation across multiple internal communication channels
Experience in campaign development, storytelling, and engagement strategies
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding capability
Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
Strong business acumen, customer focus, and results orientation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
