Contractor โ€“ Global Apprenticeship & Emerging Talent Programs


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery of global apprenticeship and traineeship programs.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support onboarding, participant tracking, assessments, conversions, and reporting.
  • Maintain program documentation, SOPs, and dashboards.
  • Identify process improvements to simplify and standardize program delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in program management, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Anaplan, or Power BI is a plus.
