About the RoleWe're looking for an execution-focused People & Talent Partner to join our People Success team. You'll own delivery of people programs spanning performance, engagement, onboarding, and L&D, while serving as a reliable operational resource for our HR Business Partners.
About the Work
  • Support end-to-end execution of bi-annual performance review cycles, including system configuration, training, communications, and calibration support
  • Support the annual employee engagement survey from setup through results analysis and action planning
  • Run quarterly Cultural Champions and bi-monthly AI Coding Contest recognition programs
  • Partner with the People Success team to develop and scale AI fluency and L&D programs
  • Drive the new hire experience through orientation, quarterly events, new hire spotlights, and early-tenure 360-degree feedback check-ins
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation across people workflows to reduce manual lift and surface program insights
  • Partner with the People Success team to explore and prototype net-new possibilities enabled by AI tooling, bringing structure and follow-through to early-stage ideas before they become formal initiatives
  • Tools: Workday, Lattice (or equivalent platforms), and comfort navigating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, AI Studio or similar) in day-to-day work
  • Support HRBPs on org and employee changes: reorgs, transfers, mobility, manager transitions, exits, and Workday headcount updates
  • Manage compliance processes including leave of absence, accommodations, and related documentation
  • Own RTO remote exception requests and non-compliance triage, escalating to HRBPs as needed
  • Serve as Tier 1 point of contact for employee HR questions, routing complex matters to the appropriate HRBP

About You
  • 3+ years in a Talent Management/Program Management/HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify trends.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging HR technology, you follow what's changing, experiment with new tools, and bring ideas about what's newly possible
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Program management skills with a structured, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Points
  • Background in Recruiting, Learning and Development (L&D), or Talent Management.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.).

At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $99,220 and $149,330 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
