POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll Functional Lead is responsible for the successful modernization of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll functions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead discovery and process redesign for HCM and payroll
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules
  • Coordinate payroll-related integrations and data migration
  • Support testing and payroll validation cycles
  • Provide hypercare support for payroll-critical activities
  • Ensure payroll stability during go-live and post-go-live

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience working with HCM/payroll
  • Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll experience
  • Experience supporting payroll in large public-sector environments
  • Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage payroll go-live risk
  • Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization
