The Company is a fast-growing drayage and logistics provider headquartered in Duluth, Georgia. Since launching operations in 2020 with just six trucks, They've expanded aggressively to become a key player in the transportation industry.



Position Overview

The Operations Manager will lead end-to-end transportation operations, including dispatch planning, carrier and customer management, and daily execution performance in a fast-paced port environment. This role requires hands-on operational leadership and strong problem-solving capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day drayage and intermodal operations (LA/LB market)
  • Manage customer accounts and third-party carriers
  • Develop and execute dispatch plans to optimize fleet utilization
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance and asset productivity
  • Supervise operations/dispatch team and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (DOT, FMCSA, etc.)
  • Requirements

    • 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, or drayage operations
    • 2+ years in a supervisory or management roles
    • Hands-on experience in LA/LB port drayage or intermodal operations (required)
    • Strong experience with dispatching, driver management, and daily operations
    • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
