JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the Sales Management team for North America, the Intermediate Rep Manager is responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure. This role focuses on helping representatives build a sustainable and profitable account base while deepening their expertise in our products, programs, and value-added services. Through hands-on support, training, and performance tracking, the manager ensures representatives continue progressing toward full productivity and long-term success in the field. Candidates should live within the vicinity of Dallas, TX.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coach and mentor 10-12 sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure
  • Drive representative development in core selling skills, product knowledge, and service capabilities
  • Conduct regular field training trips producing an average of $12,500
  • Support reps in building profitable and sustainable account bases
  • Ensure reps maintain healthy sales pipelines aligned with growth targets
  • Conduct quarterly reviews to track rep progress and set development goals
  • Implement coaching plans to address performance gaps
  • Maintain a personal book of business valued at $100K
