Claims Representative Associate

Pride Health is hiring a Claims Representative Associate to support our client's medical facility in Everett, WA 98203. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Specific Duties:
  • Retrieved and reviewed medical records from electronic health record (EHR) systems and internal databases.
  • Gathered and organized required medical documentation based on insurance company requests.
  • Submitted medical records and supporting documentation to insurance companies within required timelines.
  • Verified records for completeness and accuracy before submission to ensure all requested information was included.
  • Monitored record requests and submission status, followed up on pending documentation, and maintained accurate records of all submissions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and electronic medical records preferred
