Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by phone and email with orders, quotes, and product information
  • Enter and manage orders in an ERP system
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Support the Sales Team and coordinate customer orders
  • Follow up on open orders and resolve customer concerns
  • Assist with quotes, order exceptions, and sales opportunities
Requirements:
