This role takes place onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in beautiful Boca Grande, Florida. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries to develop and implement targeted treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, stretching, and the use of advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve patient-centered goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective self-management strategies, assistive devices, and home exercise programs to support continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, staying updated on industry literature, and participating in professional associations.

Our patients range from children to adults, encompassing a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgical procedures, chronic pain conditions, and post-accident rehabilitation. You will play a vital role in improving their quality of life through personalized care and support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, but candidates with a bachelor's may also apply.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.
• Strong ability to adapt to varying patient needs with a flexible treatment approach.
• No prior professional experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for new graduates eager to start their careers.

While prior work experience is not mandatory, any internships or volunteer roles in physical therapy settings will be considered an asset. Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and recovery protocols can further enhance job performance.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
