No previous customer service experience? No problem! We provide full training. What You'll Do:Take incoming calls and live transfers from potential clients.Use detailed scripts and intake forms to accurately gather claim details.Guide conversations with patience, professionalism, and care.What You Need to Succeed:Fast and accurate typing, solid computer skills, and strong verbal/written communication. A professional phone presence, great active-listening skills, and the ability to connect with diverse personalities. High School Diploma, at least 18 years of age. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
