To thrive as an Intake Representative, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in customer service, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with case management software, electronic records systems, and basic office applications is typically required. Excellent interpersonal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills help you effectively gather information and assist clients. Job description

Estate Planning and Business Litigation Law Firm seeks full-time Intake Representative.

Base pay is $52,000 per year, but with regular (monthly) earned bonuses. For the right person with their own quiet work environment, this position can be a hybrid virtual/ in office position. But you must be local to the Tampa Bay area, or areas north of Tampa.

We don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Our Intake Representative is often the first person in our Law Firm to speak with Potential New Clients (PNC’s). Success in this position requires positivity, cheerfulness, empathy, compassion and curiosity about the people you speak with.

People call our law firm because they need help. If you enjoy speaking with people, learning about their situation, and helping them take the next step to solving their problems and having a better life, this position may be the perfect opportunity.

Caring Customer Service experience is essential for this position. Some sales experience is a plus, but this is not a sales position.

You must be comfortable with working with computers, Microsoft Outlook calendars, learning our case management software, and inputting information into Excel spreadsheets.

You must have excellent spelling, speak English clearly (but fluency in other languages is a plus), and enjoy being organized.

We primarily are interested in the right personality; bright, engaging, outgoing and likeable. For example, an ideal candidate might be someone with prior or ongoing acting experience. Tell us about you! Bonus points if you already have your notary public license.

We offer participation in our Firm retirement plan with employer matching contributions up to 3% of your salary, paid time off (one week first year, two weeks afterwards), and all Federal holidays.

If you are interested and qualified, please apply! Please email your resume and an introduction to yourself to consultation@geganoffice.com
