Description The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Responsibilities & Activities
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency, process new accounts, execute account transfers
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and improve operational performance.
  • Processes new contributions and redemptions, process beneficiary changes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred from an accredited institution
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
