As an Operations Associate, you will be at the heart of our production team testing and processing computer RAM. Your role will shape the ongoing success of our company in a booming industry. Responsibilities
  • Process and package computer memory (RAM) according to company procedures
  • Assist with labeling, testing, sorting, and/or quality assurance tasks as needed
  • Receive, inspect, test and/or sort computer memory products
  • Follow established operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Knowledge of Random Access Memory (RAM) is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong focus and integrity in completing assigned work
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift

King Memory's base pay ranges from $13.50-$16.50/hour in Columbus, Ohio. Please note all active employees are eligible to receive quarterly profit share which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. The further range is just one component of the Company's total compensation and rewards package. Other awards may include: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement planning with company's matches, employee appreciation events, parental leave and list goes on!
