We are seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer with a proven track record to join our team. Ideal candidates consistently produce $50K+ in monthly premium, are hungry, goal-driven, and want to earn $200K+ annually.


As an Experienced Insurance Sales Producer, you will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients. You will manage your own pipeline, convert leads, and close high-value policies. This role is perfect for self-motivated, competitive sales professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment.


You will be guaranteed at least 10+ warm leads per day and have the flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers for clients who have pricing objections, ensuring no opportunity is lost. Opportunity to grow into leadership roles.
