Job description

Job Summary (List Format) – Technical Business Analyst
- Location: Hybrid, Minneapolis, MN (3 days onsite per week, local candidates only)
- Duration: 6+ months contract
- Interview: 2 rounds
- Visa Restrictions: None
- LinkedIn profile required for all submissions
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with business partners in a highly complex domain.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development and QA teams.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin framework (Given-When-Then).
- Apply strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including PI Planning and MoSCoW prioritization.
- Perform QA validation and testing before delivering solutions to business users.
- Conduct data analysis and write simple to moderately complex SQL queries.
- Analyze and validate existing database structures (tables, rows, columns, relationships, and joins).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience in writing and validating SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
- Not expected to be a SQL developer but must be able to validate results and analyze data.
- Previous experience with insurance commission payout processes (preferred).
- Experience with SAP Agent Performance Management (SAP APM) (preferred).
