Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. 


Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development opportunities

- Answer phone calls and walk-in questions of potential and existing customers

- Provide customer service when required during pick-up of orders

- Provide Quotes to customers

- Take Sales orders and invoice customers
